Our work for each project starts with a written first estimate based on information given to us by the client. If this is acceptable then a survey of the site is carried out to verify ease of access. It is here that the contract can be modified to take in supplementary factors – is a crane needed to lift over the property? Is the land rock based, requiring special equipment?

Once a clear schedule is agreed then we compile a customer file which contains a detailed contract. The contract contains a breakdown in costs for each element of the work – excavation, delivery and installation of pool, terracing, margelles and plage, plus the General Conditions of Sale and Regulations.

The pool is ordered and a schedule fixed to meet with the customer's wishes, bearing in mind the delivery dates of the pool manufacturer – usually six weeks delivery.
